Initial Consultation (15 minutes): Complimentary
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $200 per session
Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $200 per session
Gender Affirming Care Evaluation: $50-$200 (Pay what you can)
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluation: $150
Private Practice Coaching (50 minutes): $200 per session
Clinical Consultation (30-50 minutes): $100-$200
Clinical Supervision (50 minutes): $200
Andrew Bingman Therapy, PLLC is a private pay practice, and Dr. Bingman does not accept insurance for services. However, clients will receive a superbill each month that can be submitted to their insurance company for Out of Network (OON) reimbursement. Typically, clients with PPO plans have OON coverage, but it is recommended that prospective clients confirm OON benefits prior to initiating treatment. For assistance with OON verification and reimbursement, Dr. Bingman recommends Thrizer.
Licensure and PsyPact Authorization
Dr. Bingman is licensed as a clinical psychologist in the states of Illinois (License No: 071.011268), Texas (License No: 38089), and New Mexico (License No: PSY-2025-0109). Additionally, Dr. Bingman has PSYPACT authorization (Apit No: 6031) and is able to provide clinical services via telehealth to clients located in the following jurisdictions: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
